We are looking for individuals that have worked in the automotive industry preferably as a product genius, in sales but prefers the operations to set up for delivery, or just have experience in fast paced working environments who is a Go-Getter with passion and drive who wants to launch their career into the Automotive Industry. This role brings the customer engagement to life and requires strong customer interfacing ablities coupled with good organisational skills to assist with coordination of delivery, handovers and test drives as well as ensure completion of the delivery process and handle any aftersales queries or concerns as they arise. Your duties include: Ensuring the showroom floor customer experience is at its optimal through daily and weekly checks. Ensuring that all vehicles are in prestine condition and all quality checks are administered on vehicles to ensure they are floor ready Monitoring the delivery board, customer care Whatsapp groups and delivery emails to ensure all logistics for deliveries or car movement prepped timeoulsy Meet and greet the clients and ensure that all customers are treated professionally Manage the client experience of the delivery with the hostesses and sales teams onsite Quality check all vehicles for delivery and ensure merchandise and permits sorted Handover of vehicles to customers explaining of functions and specifications and offering test drives License and Registration administration: Ensure Natis processes managed in a timely manner Coordinate drivers for the success for the showroom floors - use tracker, autobid and whatsapp groups Daily catch up with sales and workshop to ensure seamless delivery and movement of vehicles. Weekly progress meetings with your teams to ensure excellence Grade 12 is essential Customer facing certification or diploma Leadership skills Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, however looking for a determined self starter that worked in retail Market related
