This role provides activation and sale closure support through creation, engagement and lead management of clients digitally, telephonically and on the CRM. Ensures a competitive culture in which every customer demographic is included, communicated and we see a return on investment on marketing initiatives. Your duties include: Research and develop in collaboration with marketing to set up specific content that drives lead generation across the group. Ensure all touch points for engagement across the platforms, websites and social media has impactful and effective communication tools to ensure all customers are engaged. Ensure all leads qualified from social media platforms, Whatsapp, websites, sms' campaigns, newsletter etc for lead generation materialise. Superior client engagement digitally, over the phone (telephone etiquette) and face to face measured by call recordings and client feedback. Complete applications from leads generated. Ensure approval, application and call time targets per day are met. Assist the marketing team identify monthly activations to drive leads aligned to the brands onsite and in our catchment areas. This could be through activation days and themes on sight, mall activations, events, corporate days, wellness days, sporting events etc. Call and Whatsapp customer with delivery documentation required. Customer Satisfaction calls on survey after the customer experience executives are complete with the full process and the customer has received their license and registration. 2-3 years working experience in the customer service or sales industry.
