A well known Automotive Dealership in Johannesburg North is looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader To join their team.

Duties:

Ensuring the showroom floor customer experience is at its optimal through daily and weekly checks.
Ensuring that all vehicles are in prestine condition and all quality checks are administered on vehicles to ensure they are floor ready.
Monitoring the delivery board, customer care Whatsapp groups and delivery emails to ensure all logistics for deliveries or car movement prepped timeoulsy.
Meet and greet the clients and ensure that all customers are treated professionally.
Manage the client experience of the delivery with the hostesses and sales teams onsite.
Quality check all vehicles for delivery and ensure merchandise and permits sorted.
Handover of vehicles to customers explaining of functions and specifications and offering test drives.
License and Registration administration: Ensure Natis processes managed in a timely manner.
Coordinate drivers for the success for the showroom floors - use tracker, autobid and whatsapp groups.
Daily catch up with sales and workshop to ensure seamless delivery and movement of vehicles.
Weekly progress meetings with your teams to ensure excellence.
