The client liaison will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with clients. They will act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. The client liaison will also be responsible for ensuring that clients receive a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients - Ensure that clients receive a high level of customer service and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise - Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle - Attend client meetings and provide updates on project status and progress - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Prior experience in customer service, account management, or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience working with CRM software is a plus If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter.
