CNC Machine Operator - Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machine settings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts through inspection and measurement.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator and Setter.
- Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills.
