Description Communications Manager Job in Pretoria Gauteng Our recognized automotive/motor client is looking for an experienced Communication Manager to lead creative and media agencies in the development and execution of all communication initiatives. Salary – Highly negotiable plus all benefits - Hybrid role Min Requirements Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications Extensive experience in Marketing strategies in their implementation. 5 - 8 year of experience as a communications manager with creative and media agencies management experience Prior experience in a Digital role Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies and build product and company awareness. Ensure maximum positive exposure for all new products in the marketplace Manage agencies in the marketplace to ensure that the image of the business is enhanced and the interests of the business are protected and managed Manage relationships with the press and opinion formers in the market Manage agencies to build awareness including but not limited to digital (web, mobile, social media), CRM, as well as all above-the-line activities. Ongoing management of the fixed marketing budgets and scopes of work Responsible for the management of the quarterly sales and marketing process with overseas and local teams Ensure all campaigns are brief, on time and budget Build and grow business and sales leads for the company – brand awareness Support the ongoing positioning of the brand, products and act as Brand Guardian. Monitor marketing effectiveness metrics and develop plans and practices to drive improvement. Monitor competitor marketing programmes Attend Brand squad alignment meetings and present relevant campaigns for approval. Create and deliver an effective digital strategy for the business to ensure all digital KPI's are met Create and deliver an effective PR strategy to maximise exposure and leverage the brands within budget parameters Work with the client experience and House of Brand teams Maximise the effect of all events, ensuring that the brands are always portrayed Apply online Frogg Recruitment We offer Medical Aid Contribution, Provident Fund Contribution
