Job Description:Utilize Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software tools
Validate new designs and diagnose failure mechanisms in existing components/products
Conduct comprehensive analyses across various products for diverse clientele
Interpret analysis outcomes to deliver actionable insights and design recommendations
Develop Structural Finite Element Models (FEM)
Apply essential physics principles to simulation models
Execute linear, non-linear, modal, buckling, and fatigue analyses
Verify and align Finite Element (FE) models with real-world scenarios
Assess results to ensure compliance with customer specifications and design criteria
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams
Compile feedback presentations and detailed technical reports
Actively contribute to design reviews and provide proactive feedback based on analysis outcomes
Summarize and finalize investigative findings accurately
Skills & Experience: Advanced proficiency in computer applications, with a strong focus on advanced features of Microsoft Excel
Skilled in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Octave, and Matlab
More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering
Proficient in 3D CAD modeling
Extensive experience in mechanical structural simulation spanning over 3 years
Expertise includes proficiency in domains such as linear static, modal, fatigue, buckling, and dynamic analyses
Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) or equivalent qualification
