Qualification

Requirements

Minimum 8 years experience as a Contracts Manager within the environmental and waste management industry is essential
Managing a staff compliment of approximately 50
Experience in visiting sites (in and around Gauteng) to develop a professional relationship and negotiate the term of each agreement
Ensure that all parties uphold the terms, conditions, and obligations outlined in the legal agreement
Responsible for preparing, negotiating and recording business contracts
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
Provide a consistent point of contact for both internal employees and external parties to plan, update and execute legal agreements
