The firms services focus on capital raising, M&A, structured finance and commercial solutions, BBEE transactions, wealth creation, and preservation etc. As a Corporate Finance Associate you will play a key project management role in deal pitches and the implementation of projects, under the leadership of Principals, with direct responsibility for the mentorship and day-to-day management of the Analysts.

Education:
- Chartered Accountant
- CFA or FMVA beneficial
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 1-3+ years related experience in corporate finance / M&A / transaction advisory
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with the ability to build corporate financial models
- Strong research acumen
- Commercial sense and sound business acumen
- Stakeholder management; effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work
