Costing Clerk - Pretoria

Requirements:
  • Matric. Studying or want to study Accounting
  • Effective time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Mathematical ability
  • Team work - collaborate and build relationships between departments.
  • MS Office (Intermediate to advance MS Excel)
  • Internet, Syspro or any ERP System
  • Good communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

Experience:
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage

Duties Include:
  • Maintain a database of costs for various types of raw materials / products and provide the costing thereof for outgoing quotes
  • Obtain quotes for products and parts and draw up costings
  • Compare costs to estimates, analyse variances and revise costs
  • Draw up all tooling audit information and upgrade MMS system
  • Develop standard cost data and accurate valuations
  • Ensure all summary cost schedules always up to date
  • Receive Tooling / Purchase orders from Customer Portal and distrubute
  • Tool Audits - Upload Completed Tool Supporting Documents on Tool Tracking System
  • Re-cost current parts with new materials/labour, etc., and revise quotes
  • Capture Weekly MMS Timesheets and Submit Monthly Summary
  • Ad hoc
