Key Responsibilities Staff Management Direct and control the work and resources of the Company. Ensure recruitment and retention of well-motivated, trained, and developed staff. Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Board and senior managers. Strategic Planning Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan. Monitor progress against these plans for cost-effective and efficient attainment of objectives. Stakeholder Relations Establish and maintain links with major customers, government departments, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Exchange information and views to ensure quality service provision. Research and Development Direct and maintain research and development programs. Ensure the Company remains at the forefront of its sector. Financial Management Prepare, gain acceptance, and monitor the annual budget. Ensure revenue maximization and cost minimization. Marketing and Public Relations Direct and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy. Contract Negotiations Represent the Company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other key contacts. Quality Management Direct and maintain total quality management systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety and other statutory regulations. Budgetary Responsibility Capital Budget: As per Annual Budget Revenue Responsibility: As per Annual Budget Qualifications Graduate level of intellect, preferably with a higher degree in Commerce/Engineering or a professional qualification. Related Post Graduate Qualification/MBA is an added advantage. Experience - 10 years of senior-level management experience, including managing people and resources which includes 3 years in a senior management role in a manufacturing/industrial industry.
