Courier/Express Sales Executive - Johannesburg

Our client, a leading courier service provider in Johannesburg, is looking for a motivated Courier/Express Sales Executive to join their team. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing customer relationships. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any issues. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's services. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the courier or express logistics industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous. Salary Market Related
