Creditors Clerk - Johannesburg
- Grade 12 with Maths
- 5 years Creditors experience in the Mining or Construction industry essential
- Valid Drivers Licence with own transport
- Immediate availability will be a definte advantage
Duties will include -
- Responsible for large bookvalues (Head Office and Sites)
- Processing of Credtors invoices and Provisional Creditors (matching and batching)
- Creditors maintenance on Accounting and Banking systems
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Preparation of payments
- Maintenance of order list and liaising with Buying department
- Resolve queries
- Process Creditors payments into the Cashbook
- Capture supplier BEE Certificates onto the inhouse system
- Filing of all docements (manual and electronic)
