Dealership Payroll Assistant / Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

Our client in the Automotive Industry is hiring a full-time Payroll Assistant / Administrator who will be based at their Offices near N1 City, Cape Town.

The successful individual will assist the payroll department in all aspects of weekly payroll and monthly commissions for multiple dealerships.
The Payroll assistant should be dependable, organized, detail orientated, able to multitask, communicate professionally, and meet deadlines. Previous automotive dealership experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Payroll administration and data entry (Sage 300 People)
  • Maintain confidential payroll records and employee files
  • Assist processing of new employees, changes, transfers, and terminations
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Filing
  • Any additional duties as required
