DENTAL SALES POSITIONS | VARIOUS AREAS ACROSS SOUTH AFRICA - Blackheath
An Ortho and Dental Supply Company has a Sales Representative position available that will cover KwaZulu-Natal, the Eastern Cape, and parts of the Free State, with the opportunity to work from home as a base.
The Sales Representatives will serve as the face of the company within their designated regions, working closely with dental, orthodontic, and laboratory practices.
Ideal candidates for this position should possess a matriculation certificate, related qualifications, and extensive experience within a dental and or medical field would be an advantage.
The key responsibilities of the Sales Representatives include:
Generating sales leads,
Establishing sustainable and trust-based relationships with customer practices and businesses,
Providing accurate information,
Meeting sales targets,
Addressing customer complaints,
Maintaining records of customer interactions
This role also involves attending and hosting congresses, shows, and professional meetings, as well as travelling within the assigned regions to build portfolios and service clients through scheduled visits.
The company seek self-motivated individuals with an extroverted nature who can follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Meetings with clients, both inside and outside the company, will be a significant aspect of the role.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with shows, congresses, and meetings typically held during weekends and after hours.
The Package on offer: Basic salary Commensurate with experience, additional commission based on turnover, fuel card, cell phone, all expenses paid for business travel, and 13th cheque.
