Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Strategize:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and enhance our market position within the Optics Division (Microscopy and Imaging Systems).
Team Management:
Direct and inspire a team of external sales professionals, ensuring effective team performance and growth.
Customer Engagement:
Engage strategically with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions with our Leica Microscopy range and Molecular Devices Imaging product.
Market Expansion:
Drive revenue growth by navigating complex sales cycles and regulatory environments in the Applied, Life Science, and Research markets.
Requirements:
Educational Background: BSc or higher in a relevant/related field.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in Microscopy, with experience in Confocal Microscopy
Customer Insight: Strong understanding of customer requirements and Microscopy techniques.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills are a must.
Independence and Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Customer Interaction: Ability to effectively communicate with customers of varying skill levels and authority.
Laboratory Knowledge: Sound laboratory knowledge and experience.
Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiating skills, persuasiveness, and presentation abilities.
Personality: A positive, outgoing personality.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
