Due to growth company seeks a suitably qualified, experienced and driven Document Controller to assist in driving the accurate, timeous processing of drawings and documents to site teams, clients and third parties. The tasks you'll perform: Take ownership, coordinate, and manage the project's document management system, Control, coordinate and distribute all project documentation and data in a timely and efficient manner to meet project demands, requirements and schedules. Maintain quality control over all design deliverables and technical documents to both Company and ISO 9001 standards. Manage and expedite supplier deliverables and documentation, ensuring contractual requirements are adhered to. Register and file all relevant project documentation in accordance to the Company approved procedures, including archiving, scanning, filing or photocopying if required. Proactively support other team members as required to ensure Project deliverables are met. The expertise you'll bring: At least 3 years' proven experience in document control Proven experience in and EPCM environment Tertiary qualification in Business Administration advantageous Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality deliverables, within budget and schedule constraints. Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team and knowledge sharing environment. Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including Clients, Vendors and Colleagues. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to solving problems. Proactively seek and accept guidance and feedback provided by subject matter experts. Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development. Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft suite of software packages, including Word and Excel, Demonstrate ability to and/or proficiency in the use of specific, relevant proprietary software packages (DRPro, SAP). Excellent attention to detail and solid knowledge of the requirements and processes of data/documents. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment.
