Reference: EL002787-Glyni-1 We are seeking an Enrolled Nursing Assistant for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Completion of a recognized Enrolled Nursing Assistant program / equivalent Registered with SA Nursing Council & recognized nursing agency Certificate in areas such as wound car, medication administration etc 2 years related experience Must be willing to work nightshift on rotational basis The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Assist with quality care to elderly residents and ensure safe / hygienic environment Welcoming residents and orientating them Assist residents with mobility by the use of aids Ensure residents meet their nutritional and fluid needs Assist residents in maintaining personal hygiene Pressure care and prevention Maintain intake and output charts Contribute to safety of residents Vital sign observations and basic dressing of wounds Urine testing / catheter care and general first aid procedures Reporting of any abnormalities Accurate recording on resident charts Handover to oncoming staff Compliance with company policies Infection control Perform safety checks and report potential safety hazards Report lost/faulty equipment and assist in preventing theft Salary: R8 943.00 per month CTC night shift allowance To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to glynisbsheldon.co.za If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful R8 943.00 - Monthly plus NIght Shift Allowance
