Our client, a pioneer in the online insurance industry based in Sandton, is seeking an Enterprise broker to join their team Please note that contacted shortlisted candidates will be required to record a short introduction video to finalise their application. The ideal candidate would travel out to larger enterprises (like employer groups) to sell the client's platform. If you are a seasoned Broker with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and growing your portfolio, we encourage you to apply. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Broker in South Africa, with a proven track record in the insurance industry. Relevant South African insurance licenses are required (EG: RE5/FAIS) Thorough knowledge of commercial insurance products in South Africa, including assets, liabilities, speciality lines, and regulatory requirements. Strong negotiation and client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal. Selfmotivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. R20 000.00 per month until commission exceeds this amount, thereafter a pure commission structure will be implemented. Full model to be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
