Our client in the Eastern Cape has a vacancy for an Entomologist in its farming division in the Sundays River Valley. This position will report to the Technical Manager and will be responsible for the following: Assisting the technical manager with planning and management of integrating pest and disease control programs Assisting with planning and management of post-harvest disease programs Managing scouts to identify possible outbreaks of diseases Gathering and interpreting technical information Assisting with management of agricultural experiments Management of market access - ensure that disease control do not limit market access Requirements : BSc Degree At least 3 years' experience in similar role Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and independent Excellent communication skills Computer literate By Submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: That you have read and understood our Privacy Policy ( www.hopcal.co.za ).
