Environment Engineer - Upington
Our client has a big solar/substation project in Upington and is looking for an Environment Engineer to start in April 2024. Salary: Market related Closing date : Interviews will be scheduled before End March 2024 Employment Type : Contract work Requirements: Environment Engineering Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Environment Engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing solar/renewable energy projects and substation projects from conception to completion. Professional Registration: SACPCMP SAGC registration of the proposed Environmental Manager to be used. Duties will include but are not limited to: Assessing and managing environmental impacts Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations Conducting environmental risk assessments Implementing pollution prevention measures Monitoring and managing waste disposal Collaborating with regulatory agencies Developing and implementing environmental management plans Providing environmental awareness training Conducting environmental audits and assessments Join our team and contribute to the growth of sustainable energy solutions.
