Minimum Qualification Requirements • Grade 12 • Human Resources Qualification , training as a Service Centre Agent Related Experience: • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in customer service, telemarketing,, call centre or • Any other related role that requires frequent interaction with customers Skills and Competencies Functional Competencies • Bilingual • Understanding of Human Resources or Finance governance documentation, i.e. Directives, Policies.
