Duties and responsibilities Â
- Manage the diaries, meetings and travel arrangements of the Group Chief Executive Officer Â
and Group Head of Investments and 1 other executive. Â
- Assist the Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Investments and manage output, Â
workflow and office deadlines Â
- Manage the Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Investments inbox by filing, Â
highlighting important emails, then disseminating emails to other relevant departments as Â
required Â
- To support the Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Investments both Â
administratively and with personal requests/errands Â
- Co-ordinate multiple internal and external meetings with ease and efficiency Â
- Ability and proficiency to manage various programmes such as PowerPoint, Excel a must Â
(tech savvy) such as: Â
o Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets and filing systems Â
o Compiling relevant information for creation of presentations Â
o Prepare agendas as directed and draft minutes of meetings Â
o Compile, collate and disseminate board and management packs Â
- Screen calls and answer queries where possible or re-direct to relevant person within the Â
business Â
- Draft, type and dispatch the Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Investments Â
correspondence as directed Â
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Group Chief Executive Officer and Group  Head of Investments Â
- Deal with main board of directors and directors of group companies Â
- General understanding of the investor environment Â
- To project a professional, efficient, and courteous image and work ethic Â
Experience Â
- 5 Years relevant working experience as an executive Personal Assistant at a JSE listed Â
company or an investment bank or corporate access experience Â
Qualifications Â
- Minimum Matric Â
- Relevant Secretarial Certificate/Diploma Â
- BA degree would be advantageous Â

- Advanced computer literacy â proficient in Word (essential), Excel (essential) and Â
PowerPoint (essential) Â
- Accurate speed typing skills Â
- Minute taking, shorthand â preferable Â
