- Qualification in Production Management/Operations Management
- 7-10 years of production experience
- Experience within the manufacturing/motor industry
- Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act.
- Managing the regions production activities and using the available resources i.e. manpower, machinery and materials etc to meet customer requirements.
- Planning, organising, leading, and controlling the Operations/Production activities.
- Ensuring optimal utilization of resources to achieve output.
- Involved with Branch costing of Products/Processes.
- Engaging in continuous improvement activities to optimises production.
- Responsible for meeting the production output and quality requirements.
- Understanding of various industries QMS requirements.
