- The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Minimum 7-10 years HR Experience and exposure to Blue Collar and Business Processes
Strong knowledge and proved experience in Industrial Relations - Knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices
- Ability to deal with Senior Strategic Level Management
- Oversee payroll function
- Travelling to various branches within Gauteng
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Relevant HR degree
- Strong IR and EE experience
- Experience with unions and Merseta
- Experience in the Motor industry
- Stable employment track record
