Key Responsibilities:- Service, repair, maintain, and commission induction melting, heating, and welding equipment
- Provide technical support and training to clients' staff
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using advanced electronic diagnostic tools
- Assist with installation and repairs of electrical and electronic control systems
- Plan wiring system layouts according to manufacturer standards
- Connect electrical equipment to power supplies and circuit breakers
- Replace defective parts and components to resolve electrical or electronic problems
- Manage spare parts inventory for routine maintenance and repairs
- Complete and submit necessary documentation, including Service Exit Reports
- Uphold safety standards in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (1993)
- Continuously improve knowledge of Inductotherm units through collaboration and self-study
Minimum Requirements:- Qualified Electrician/Millwright with electronics expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and control systems
