Requirements:

Trade Certification: Millwright trade certification is essential.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing meat processing equipment or similar industrial machinery.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
License: A valid driver's license.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of meat processing machines, including slicers, grinders, mixers, stuffers, and packaging equipment.
Troubleshooting: Utilize strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, interpret schematics, and follow technical manuals.
Problem Solving: Identify problems, develop effective solutions, and carry out repairs promptly.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and team members, maintaining a professional demeanour.
Adaptability: Work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs.
