Minimum requirements:
  • Financial diploma / Business Administration Diploma
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as a Finance Assistant
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance
  • General Finance Assistant duties to CFO
  • Providing administrative assistance to Financial Manager, HR Manger and IT Manager
  • Assist with BBEEE and financial audits
  • Liaison with banks and suppliers
  • Liaison with SARS
  • CIPC Company registrations and Contract administration
  • Management of records
  • Performing minor accounting & HR duties
  • Minute taking
  • Ad hoc duties and special projects as allocated from time to time
