Soufflet Malt South Africa is a growing subsidiary currently seeking for a dynamic individual to join their finance department. Immediate superior: Finance Manager Type of contract: 6 months fixed term contract Location: Johannesburg Role purpose: To ensure accurate, complete and efficient capturing & processing of financial transactions and adhering to financial administration processes. Key Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Internal finance & accounting. Processing bank entries into application system. Assist in the preparation of cashbooks. Obtain & capture all invoices from suppliers. Invoicing customers. General administrative tasks & team support. Assist with annual audit preparation. Stock control. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by Management. Ensure good communication on all levels (upward and downwards) to ensure effective and efficient operations. Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) A tertiary qualification in finance will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Sage Evolution will be an added advantage. Computer literature (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) Strong administrative skills Good interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position or in an accounting environment Market related
