Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress, keep track of project expenses, and predict future costs.
- Maintaining records, coordinating, and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation and reporting of project analysis under the supervision of a project
- manager.
- Understand vehicle maintenance, repair implications, and driver safety best practices.
- Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate the project performance to the
- project manager.
- Create and update workflows.
- -Prepare and provide documentation to internal and external key stakeholders.
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables are met. requirements.
- Integrating fleet data into existing software systems.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
- Must not have taken part in the YES Programme before.
- Fleet Management Diploma/ Degree or Transport and Logistics Management.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical, Administrative, and Negotiation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when required.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
