FInance Manager - Johannesburg
Matric
Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification
6-8 years’ experience in financial management preferably in a production environment
MS Office and integrated accounting system
Staff management and guidance
Experience handling turnover of R250 Million per annum
Knowledge of payroll (salaries and wages)
Ensure financial compliance is achieved
Plan, organize and execute financial tasks
Interpret financial data and compile financial reports
Present financial reports at management meetings
Lead month end closing and monthly financial forecasting
Develop and implement strategy for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Evaluate company financial performance
Understand and calculate financial risks involved in the financial activities of the company
Manage cashflow and review cost-reduction strategies
Implement and manage delegation of authority procedure
Together with Director, drive business production pipeline and delivery
Knowledge of MEIBC huge advantage
