Maintaining and reconciling all bank accounts Lodging bank queries and attending to suppliers' queries Producing monthly bank reconciliation statements, and petty cash reconciliation Processing paymentsbank transfers and cash payments Reconciliation of accounts Assist with audits Keep accurate records for all daily transactions Preparation of management accounts Preparation of financial reports Assist with budget preparation Review and implement financial policies Oversee the department of finance day to day activities Any other ad hoc duties that maybe assigned from time to time Desired Work Experience: 3 to 5 years finance experience Desired Qualification Level: Degree/Diploma in Accounting Desired Skills: Numerical Skills Meticulous attention to detail Service driven and orientated Effective organizational Excellent communication skills Team working and interpersonal skills Knowledge of working with Excel, Pivot Tables and Vlookup Market related
