Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the accounting control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Design and implement robust operating models and processes to enhance financial reporting and operational performance.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including SARB, JSE, and other market participants.
- Provide insightful analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications:
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in management roles within the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, process and operating model design, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
