Key Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
Completed SAIPA articles.
Strong experience within the FMCG/Retail industry would be a HUGE advantage
Proficiency in accounting software XERO, Quikbooks, SAGE and MS Office suite.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Solid knowledge of accounting to Trial Balance and accounting principles
Knowledge of cost accounting
Stock Control experience
Knowledge on IFRS
Sound knowledge of taxation laws
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
