Financial Administrator - South Africa

Our client is a team of experts in the wealth planning field. They are currently looking for an administrator to join their team. If youve got a matric certificate and a few years of experience in the financial planning industry and would like to join a dynamic team of professionals, then this opportunity is for you!

Main duties and responsibilities

ü Capturing personal and financial information timeously and accurately

ü Completing and submitting application forms on behalf of new and existing clients

ü Following up with insurers and investment houses to ensure administrative efficiency

ü Keeping clients continuously updated on administrative processes and status quo

ü Adhering to compliance and practice management standards set out by the organisation

ü Liaising internally with financial planners and para-planners to ensure the smooth implementation of financial solutions

ü Building relationships with clients, colleagues and service providers

Computer literacy

ü Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel

ü Must be willing to use cutting-edge technology in the workplace

Skills and strengths required

ü Excellent written and verbal communication

ü Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

ü The willingness to work as part of a team within a dynamic organisation
