We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Manage accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive financial performance. BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning software.
