As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategies of our client. Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead financial meetings, complete financial accounting and forecasting, and deliver critical reports and metrics to our leadership team. Control & lead all financial topics Develop forecasts / financial plans, partnering with the business Compile financial and other regular accountants Track performance and against key KPI's and compile monthly leadership reports Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field Relevant experience working in a similar role, real estate experience is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel Detail-oriented, proactive with an analytical mindset Experience with accounting software / ERP, Sage 50 accounting would be beneficial Effective communicator able to simply financial information to non-finance stakeholders Competitive salary package: R40,000 - R50,000 per month
