As a Finance Manager for our client, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will manage month-end processes, prepare reconciliations, support audits, lead financial analysis, provide decision-making insights, maintain stakeholder relationships, and improve financial systems, including automation. Your role will uphold compliance with industry regulations like IFRS 17 and contribute to the organization's financial health and integrity.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualified CA (SA)
- Minimum of 3 years post-articles relevant work experience in the short-term insurance industry preferred
- SAP knowledge (advantageous)
- Reporting
- Completion of month-end processes
- Preparation of monthly reconciliations
- Resolve outstanding queries
- Assist with team projects as needed
- Prepare information for IFRS 17 and analyze results
