- Perform mechanical tasks
- Maintain plant machinery
- Attending to breakdowns
- Installation of pumps, gearboxes, valves, couplings and machine drives
- Fault finding on pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Matric
- Trade Test Fitter and Turner
- 7-10 years experience in the steel industry relating to slitting, CTL and Guillotine lines
