To be fully responsible for all Stock and Assets of the Restaurant Controls the Point of Sales System (POS). Controls all suppliers and creditor invoices, its accuracy, and the payment thereof. Maintain and inventory and organise regular Stock Takes for all Operating Equipment and Consumables. Supervises and controls all F&B stock takes and reconciles all and processes it to achieve the F&B costs. Familiarises with the POS system and updates the various functions to control all financial income around the Club. Process all Supplier invoices, Credit notes and goods returned and ensures accuracy. Submit final payments weekly for the banking transfers. Stock and Asset Control: Keeps control of all breakages and losses and takes these into account on the register. Reports all movements monthly and alerts management of any extraordinary discrepancy. Processing of order as and when required, receiving, and checking delivery, issuing of stock and entering into the system. Allocate to the department and capturing invoices on the system. Supervises all stock takes of the various department and controls proper recording in conjunction with the F&B controller or any other HOD; (i.e., food stock with chef, etc.) Creating and analysing computer generated report on inventory; operating equipment etc and corrects any errors and advises management. Processing of all supplier documents inclusive of invoices, Credit notes, goods returned notes. Maintains all supplier documentation inclusive of Supplier Contracts and Credit Applications. Submit weekly and monthly payment schedules and make sure all supplier invoices and credit notes are processed. Allocate all billed items to the correct account or department. Alert on any possible improvement regarding the purchasing process or similar, to reduce the cost factor to the Club, or to improve quality of goods paid for. General Duties Maintains a high standard of customer relations and personal contact with members/guests and ensures that any complaints are dealt with immediately and efficiently and are reported to Management. To ensure that all deadlines are met for reports as requested by management or the committee. Be it daily, weekly or monthly reports. Always attends and is attentive to any training offered. Be familiar with all fire, safety and emergency procedures and to be able to communicate them to guests and staff reporting to her. This includes names, addresses and personal details of all nature. Desired Experience & Qualification needing strong person with at least 5 years F&B experience - Restaurant experience a huge advantage Rresponsible for stock control, cash ups and other duties relating to Front of House activities.
