Candidate Requirements:

Must have Grade 12 and a relevant commercial degree or diploma
Minimum of 5-8 years experience in fresh food retail buying
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English, written and spoken
Must have previous experience in a procurement management role
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong financial buying and financial management skills
Good knowledge of logistics and warehousing, delivery systems and procedures, end-to-end supply chain, and key influencing factors
Strong customer and retail orientation
Excellent computer skills
