Franchise Manager - Nelspruit
Our client has an opportunity available for a Franchise Manager based in Nelspruit. Requirements: Matric or equivalent. Food service qualification. 5 years franchising experience in a similar role. Willingness to travel. Customer service experience. Responsibilities: Assist with the development and implementation of franchise specific business plans and budgets. Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary. Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department. Assist franchisees is selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness. Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce the correct use of all supporting elements.
