Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff Ensuring company structure is aligned cost effectively to the strategic business plan Leading, motivating, and coaching team members in achieving set deliverables Overseeing, leading and guiding all departments to achieve required outcomes Lead a customer centric yet high performance environment Drive company identity and brand strength internally and externally Managing and achieving the budget, and monitoring the financial health of the division Sustaining current market position and growing market share. Supporting sales in retention and acquisition of clients. Supporting sales and technical teams in successful execution of customer requirements Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit.
