Design creation on CorelDAW and other design software for print. Operate and maintain the Roland large format printer, manage print jobs, supervise a small team of Print Production Assistants. Liaise with and take briefs from customers, conduct quality checks on printed materials, perform maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.

Requirements:

Proficient in CorelDRAW
Previous experience in a similar role within the printing industry is preferred
Experience operating and maintaining large format printers, preferably Roland models
Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and techniques
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
