Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of guest house operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration.
  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.

  • Maintain inventory, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to maintain facilities and services.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract guests and promote the guest house locally and online.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Guest House Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and standards.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
