Head Integrated Annual Reporting - Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely delivery and quality of all VAS and Digital products and services
- Optimize workflow processes and ensure adherence
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and reporting
- Develop and implement VAS and Digital strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead selected top-tier client projects ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Drive holistic reporting and disclosure services, including interim and annual, ESG, and digital reporting
- Manage talent and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and freelancer quality
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and support company culture
- Efficiency and attention to detail
- Strategic and operational planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Networking and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of local and international reporting frameworks and standards
- Relevant business management degree (Honours/Masters) or CA(SA) equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in financial reporting or a listed corporate environment
- Proven experience managing diverse teams at a senior level
- Strong project and business management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Own reliable transport and ability to travel locally and abroad
- Executive committee or senior management experience
- Previous experience in financial reporting, print, or digital industries
- Membership in integrated reporting or sustainability committees
