Our client, who is a leading manufacturer and supplier of live gaming equipment and software is seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and lead the finance department, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance, and advanced financial analysis. Your expertise in managing the full finance function, from cash flow and budget forecasting to overseeing bi-annual audits and tax submissions, will be critical in driving our financial success. As the Head of Finance, you will bring your advanced accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring inventory transactions, maintaining internal controls, conducting financial risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Take the next step in your career and apply now Send your CV to Katesalixrecruitment.co.za Duties: Lead and manage the finance department Oversee the entire finance function, including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of management reports Conduct bi-annual audits and submit PAYE, VAT, and provisional tax returns Understand and manage inventory and manufacturing processes, including monitoring inventory transactions Implement accounting transactions up to the AFS level and maintain internal controls for financial risk management Conduct financial analysis and clearly communicate financial data Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with monthly reporting frameworks Assist with BBBEE audits and ensure overall financial compliance Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting CTA CA(SA) Experience: 5 years' experience in a management role Experience on Xero and/or DEAR Inventory will be advantageous Financial Analysis, this includes understanding financial statements, financial ratios, and other key financial Metrics Experience with forex or foreign payment transactions is required Skills & Competencies: Deadline Driven is essential Attention to detail is essential Advanced Excel skills are essential If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
