Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation strategies to support the achievement of sales targets and client-centricity.
- Strategic input and branding.
- Develop and maintain models for short-term capital and reserving requirements.
- Monitor and analyse trends in claims, reserves, and capital adequacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies.
- Provide expert advice on actuarial matters to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in actuarial roles, with a focus on short-term capital and reserving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in actuarial software and Microsoft Excel.
