Head Receptionist - South Africa
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Own Transport/Reliable Transport
Experience working on Opera PMS system
Hospitality experience is essential
Experience in a similar role essential
Key responsibilities:
Ensure a high standard of client service, welcoming guests, checking them in and out and informing them of any additional services available
Dealing with any guest requests / queries or complaints.
Attending to phone calls, directing them to relevant persons or taking messages.
Being responsible for ensuring all tasks on your shift are completed.
Dealing with shift finances including the shift float and balancing cash at the end of the shift and ordering bank charges
Preparation of guest bills
