Hotel Administrative Assistant - Cape Town City Centre
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, or equivalent.
Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly comprehend onboard software programs and any other software utilized onboard by the Hotel Director.
Command of English language with excellent oral, writing, spelling, punctuation and grammar skills. Additional European languages are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of standard office administrative procedures and strong organizational skills.
Able to communicate sensitive information in a diplomatic manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management, guests and employees.
